Worldwide shipping
We ship to over 200 countries via New Zealand Post using tracked, economy services. We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Estimated national shipping times: 2-3 working days
Estimated international shipping times:
- Australia: 3-6 working days
- South Pacific: 6-10 working days
- Asia: 6-10 working days
- Canada, UK and Europe: 6-10 working days
- USA: 6-10 working days
- Rest of the world: 6-10 working days
If you need your KYT to arrive sooner, please contact us so that we can organise an express delivery service (this will include a higher shipping fee).
Estimated shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays and will differ throughout November and December. We’ll update our website with order cut-offs to ensure Christmas gifts and other orders made during these months are delivered on time.
As we’re not able to guarantee delivery times, KYT will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@kytbags.com so that we can raise it with our shipping provider.
If your KYT has arrived damaged, we’ll arrange for it to be returned and replaced free of charge.
We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, orders we send if:
- the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency
- the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists
- the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control
- the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
