Pre-Order Policy 

 

What we mean by 'Pre-Order'

Pre-order is an order you can place for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. Any items available for pre-sale will be labelled 'Pre-Order' at checkout. 

Pre-order items are considered sold. You will be charged the full price of the product at the time of placing the pre-order. The item will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.

As pre-order items are final sale, we will normally not accept cancellation of the order. Please take extra care when placing your order.

We cannot hold items on pre-order without payment. Our usual returns policy applies to pre-orders once they have been dispatched.

 

Delivery

You will be supplied with an estimated shipping date for the pre-order. Please note that this shipping date is an estimate based on information from our production partners, and is subject to change. It is possible that the pre-order item will be delivered later than expected. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays in production or shipping.

We will provide you with periodical updates with respect to the estimated delivery schedule. When the item has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Once the pre-order item is dispatched, usual shipping timeframes apply.

 

Updating contact information

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide contact information such as an email address and shipping address. You represent that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that all information is kept current. KYT holds no responsibility for inaccurate or outdated information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an email to hello@kytbags.com
